How to register a UK company
Registering a company in UK has become very easy when all the steps are followed in a precise manner. Typically there are three stages which are involved in the registration of a UK company namely company formation, registered office and the last step will include company registration. Apart from these 3 stages there are four stages which must be finished in order to finish the filing of the company. These four processes includes filling up of the form 10, filing the form 12, creating the company’s memorandum and the last process is the listing the associations articles detailing about the various functions and the service which are being carried out in the internal affairs. In the form 10 the place of the organization is listed in a very clear manner. In the organization memorandum the name of the company should be quoted.
The form 12 takes care whether the organization has taken enough actions to make it follow the guidelines. After the stage which comprises the creating of association’s articles and memorandum has been complete, the form 12 will be sent to the higher authority of the country such as the notary public to get it signed. In this way it is possible to register a United Kingdom company.
